SHIPPING & TURNAROUND POLICY
All Simply Earresistible accessories are made to order. Current turnaround time is 4 weeks to 1 month before shipment.
- Turnaround time refers to production time only
- Shipping time depends on the carrier and method selected at checkout
- Updated shipping estimates are always listed on main page and terms and conditions.
*Please note :Turnaround times are business days (Monday-Friday) & do not include Weekends & Holidays
PRE-ORDER INFORMATION
Because each item is handmade and created specifically for you. All accessories are considered pre-order items by placing an order. You agree to the current turnaround time.
SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely. Once your package has been shipped and accepted by the postal carrier:
- You will receive tracking information.
- Delivery time is controlled by the carrier.
- We are not responsible for lost stolen delayed or damaged packages
If an issue occurs in transit, a claim must be filed by the customer directly with the shipping carrier.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Due to handmade inmate to order nature of our products:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time
- However we want you to love your order!
- If you are item arrives effective or there is an issue with your order. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review and assist in the best way we can.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Order cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of purchase after this timeframe orders enter production and cannot be canceled or refunded
ADDITIONAL NOTES
- Colors may very slightly due to screen settings, and handmade materials
- Each piece is handcrafted and may have slight variations that make it unique.
