Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship in the US
How long does shipping take?
Ears are a 3 week turnaround and Pre-order Minis currently have a 1 month turnaround. Both processing times do not include weekends/ holidays nor shipping delivery
How do I track my order?
You should get a confirmation email after your order is placed and once shipped you should receive another email showing your tracking info. If for whatever reason you do not see a email please contact so I may further assist.
